| North America Regional Office
D3E is promoting an initiative for a South to
North presence, so as to make known its perspectives and activities as well as that of
others partner NGOs, to institutions in Canada and the US. The initial step is a
representation in Canada for the North America region. D3E designated Mr Diego Martino,
currently PhD student at the University of Carleton as its representative for that office.
